Job Responsibilities :
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions;
  • Maintains organisation staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselings managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommending changes;
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs;
  • Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions;
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors;
  • Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs;
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organisation at hearings;
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures;
  • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records;
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies;
  • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results;
  • Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees;
  • Maintains human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results;
  • Undertakes visa and work permit related casework, applying the relevant legislation and policy to make lawful and fair decisions in accordance with delegations held under the Migration Act and Regulations;
  • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals;
  • Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained;
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; and
  • Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
  • University of Dhaka,Jagannath University,Khulna University,North South University,Independent University, Bangladesh students will get preference
  • Preferred Professional Certification: Candidates who have Professional Certification will get preference
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Compensation & Benefits, Factory HR Administration, General HR, Health safety Management, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Labor Law, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments, Group of Companies
Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 28 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive;
  • People oriented and results driven;
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics;
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases;
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills;
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company; and
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
