Job Responsibilities :
- Receive orders from customers through telephone / Facebook and ensure delivery.
- Ensuring proper resolution of customer queries.
- Obtaining new contact names, telephone numbers, and email address of prospects from direct calls and other sources such as websites.
- Should be able to create and maintain client database.
- Able to do telemarketing efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure product promotion through telephone.
- Persuading potential customers to purchase the products.
- Excellent Communication skill with great strategy for creating the desired client.
- Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skill.
- Have to fill up daily, weekly and monthly goal or target.
- Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline

- Good capability in Excel and MS Office.
